Clamping/conveying

In terms of clamping and conveying processes, what are the applications of vacuum technology?

It is absolutely unbelievable for modern production to leave vacuum clamping, transportation or conveying technology. Without this technology, how can fast and reliable stacking of cardboard, moving glass, clamping wooden pieces to be milled or loading heavy objects such as paper rolls, burlap bags and even bricks?

The principle of vacuum conveying and clamping process is simple and unique: With the help of a suction cup, a vacuum adsorption plate or a vacuum adsorption table, the negative pressure can be applied to firmly clamp the object. This is the most effective way to move, transport or hold objects.

In the automatic production process, taking furniture manufacturing as an example, the parts move along the entire production line under the effect of vacuum. First, an automatic controller equipped with a vacuum suction device feeds the wood into the preliminary processing machine. The board is clamped by vacuum, and the machine starts processing. After the processing is completed, another vacuum pliers transports the product to the next process. At the end of the production line, an automatic control device automatically stacks the furniture products packed in crates on pallets.

In the printing workshop, vacuum is often used to convey paper. The paper is sucked into the printing press under the effect of vacuum. Similarly, under the action of vacuum, the paper passes through the printing stations one by one along the paper roller, and then stacked after printing. Subsequently, under the same vacuum, the paper is fed into all subsequent processing machines.

Practical application examples of Creator vacuum technology in item clamping and conveying process:

• Automatic material conveying-during production

• Stacking-stacking of packed product trays

• Handling-ships, vehicles and other transportation

• Clamping-woodworking machine

• Packaging-various products are packed in cardboard boxes or other packaging methods

• Paper feeding-printing and processing machines for the printing industry

• Extraction and placement-electronics, food, parts packaging and other industries.
