Zjc-c series Roots vacuum pump uses a pair of 8-shaped rotors to rotate in the pump

shell at the same speed to produce suction and exhaust effect.

Each rotor is supported by two bearings, and the relative position

of the two rotors is always kept unchanged by using a pair of synchronous gears.

There are gaps between rotors, rotors and pump bodies, rotors and side covers,

so there is no need for lubrication due to no friction in the working chamber

The support adopts reliable anti clearance structure, and the rotating parts make detailed dynamic balance;

 therefore, the operation is stable, the noise is low, and the use is more reliable;

it can run for a long time under high pressure difference;

 the imported oil seal is used in the dynamic sealing part to control the runout of the shaft seal within 0.02mm;

therefore, the shaft seal is reliable. Zjc-c series Roots vacuum pump adopts magnetic coupling,

overload protection, stable transmission, low noise, compact and reasonable structure and convenient maintenance.

2. Applications
Zjc-c series Roots vacuum pump is widely used in vacuum coating, chemical industry, food, medicine, smelting,

motor manufacturing and other industries; especially when the two-stage water ring pump is used in its front stage,

 it can extract the gas containing a large amount of water vapor, so it is very suitable for distillation evaporation,

freeze-drying and other production processes.
