Oil leakage and oil pump of vacuum pump

(1) The sealing ring of transmission shaft, oil mark, oil inlet, automobile oil tank and other parts is damaged or the assembly line is wrong. Carefully check and replace the sealing ring with glass damage. When assembling the thread bolts, the force should be even,

(2) Because the front and rear left and right inner holes are not leveled or the end plate is not clamped, the oil leakage in the inner hole is caused. The inner hole should be ground flat and clamped tightly on the front and rear left and right end plates;

(3) The air inlet pressure is too high. We should try our best to reduce the air supply,

(4) The housing has standard orifice plates. Check and plug the hole,

(5) If the oil pump is caused by excessive residual oil, unnecessary oil should be released,

(6) If the oil screen under the exhaust pipe cover is installed reversely, the oil pump should be installed again;

Difficult start of vacuum pump

(1) The vacuum pump has returned oil. Turn the belt pulley with force and rotate it for several weeks to start it,

(2) Because the long-term does not run or shut down after not put into the air, so that the vacuum pump cavity filled with vacuum pump oil. It can be started by turning the belt pulley hard for a few weeks,

(3) If the oil temperature is too low, you need to heat up the oil or keep the room temperature above 15 degrees. You can also turn the belt pulley by force for several weeks, and then connect the power supply again to run for a few minutes, and then everything can work normally

(4) The oil has moldy and should be replaced with a new vacuum pump oil,
