The complete overhaul of mechanical pump is called overhaul. The vacuum degree of some vacuum pumps which have not been eliminated by partial disassembly and repair measures is still low and there is still leakage; Maybe some pumps have one of the following phenomena: if the pump is stuck, the oil is very dirty, and the pump has been scaling, rusty or improper oil to make the internal parts of the mechanical pump hard shell (silicone oil into the mechanical pump, this may happen), the vane has a big impact sound, the pump cavity fell into foreign matters (metal chips, glass chips, copper chips, etc.) scratch the pump cavity, impact The sudden heat and temperature rise is very severe (over 70 ℃), so the mechanical pump should be completely disassembled for cleaning and repairing.


The process and precautions of dismantling the mechanical pump are as follows:


1. Cut off the power supply and unplug the power plug. If the pump is in the system, it should be removed from the equipment.


2. Screw open the oil bolt to drain the oil and turn the pulley manually to drain the remaining oil in the pump chamber. Oil should be collected, generally in the mechanical pump bottom plate under an iron oil pan or disk (commonly known as the square disk) collection, in order to facilitate later distillation recovery and avoid environmental pollution.


3. Remove the belt, remove the belt pulley and key, and disconnect the bottom plate. Depending on the quality of the motor (such as heating, too dirty, dry grinding noise, large vibration, etc.), it should be repaired or sent to the electrician to wash oil for repair.


4. First remove the low vacuum end cover plate (rear cover plate, that is, the end far away from the pump wheel), and use different tools according to different screws. As for general hexagon screw, solid wrench can be used, and socket wrench should be used if necessary, so as not to damage the screw. After screwing the initial cover plate screw, gently open the end cover plate. If the end cover plate is tightly closed, try to open it gradually. For example, a file can be used to file a small slot at the joint of the pump cavity and the end cover plate, and then insert a driver (a screwdriver) into the small slot and tap the handle of the driver by hand. You can also tap the driver with a small hammer to exit the end cover plate. It is not allowed to strike with heavy hammer.


5. If the rubber washer is used for sealing, remove the rubber washer and exit the locating pin.


6. Take out the rotor and rotor. Usually, there are two thread piercing daggers at the low rotor end, which can be easily pulled out by screwing in the thread rod. However, when pulling out the rotor, it is necessary to hold the rotating blade tightly by hand. Because the tension spring force on the rotating blade is large, it will easily fly out of the rotor, fall on the ground or hit a hard object, which will damage the edge and appearance of the rotor and form an endless report.


7. Disassemble the high vacuum end in the same way as in 4, 5 and 6, and take out the high rotor and rotating blade. At this time, the rotor can be taken out by simply pinching the rotating blade and shaft by hand.


8. Before dismantling the pump, it is necessary to understand the structural characteristics of the pump to be repaired and the structure type of each component. For example, for those parts that are attributed to the assembly, such as the rotors of some vane pumps, do not disassemble them, but correct and adjust their appearance properly; if the glass chips and metal foreign matters fall into the combined rotor and damage the cavity or the vane groove has been worn too much, it can be disassembled, but the installation method should be remembered carefully.


9. Every time a component is removed, check its accuracy, finish and damage. Special attention should be paid to the edges and corners at both ends of the rotor and rotor to check whether they are damaged and make records. For those who are not familiar with the affairs of the pump, they should gradually remember the original installation orientation of each component and part, and make a good record, so as to avoid mistakes when reassembling. Together, the removed parts should not be misplaced, piled up, bruised or thrown away. It is best to put it in a square disk, or put it in a wooden box and clean it, and cover it with silk cloth (if there is no silk cloth, cover it with smooth white paper at least).
